You may run into a problem where you cannot log in. This may be a ÒcookieÓ issue. Follow these steps to fix the problem:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on Tools, choose Internet Options
  • Click on Privacy
  • Click on Sites
  • Under Address of Web Site:, type in etrac.net
  • Click on Allow
  • Click on OK
  • Click on OK again
  • Close Internet Explorer

    • Next time you open Internet Explorer, you should have no problems logging into or using our on-line order entry system.
